Maruti Suzuki India — Faulty service of my suzuki access at service center | |||||
Hello Team, I have given my access motorcycle at Venugopala motors pvt ltd, vizianagaram for some upper body parts change as it has been damaged from some incident, but on the engine wise and performance wise the bike was totally OK, they have charged me nearly 5000rs and have changed the parts but since i have got back bike from them the performance of bike was horrible, it was showing all the problems that were not there before, bike was not slowing down completely even after accelerating down, bike was shaky, signal lights were not working etc, when i have informed about all these complaints then and there itself the supervisor told that we have only did what all you told apart from that we don't know any thing, give the bike for service as it still requires a repair of around 1000 to 2000rs.. All the problems which have not been there before have arisen and i finally have to give them the bike for service and they have charged my 923 rs for that, and when i got the bike again after service from them the kick rod was missing, when i asked them for it they informed me that it was not there firstly and they will charge me extra around 350rs for that.. This is very horrible and shameful incident from the service center who are looting consumers like this and making them forcefully pay for the problems which were not even there before, is this what the company does for their loyal customers, after this incident i will never dare to buy a Suzuki product and will never ever refer others..
