Dear sir, I am chandrakant gandhi rtd. Police officer from navsari - gujarat submit that i have purchased the cellario car from kataria company-navsari show room on 07/02/2018. Today, your company representative from delhi asked me the feed back about the experience in purchasing the car. I am sorry to say you that call conversion is about 15 minutes. You see all customers are very busy in their work and can not spare this much time in giving you the feed back. I suggest you to make it short and sweat so that the customer can give his time other wise no customer will attend your call.
