Maruti Suzuki India — fraud in servicing of my car | |
I had shifted my car from delhi to nagpur due to work.in delhi my car’s servicing was done by m/s rana motors which is a maruti suzuki’s authorised dealership and i have never opted to get it done from outside. This time i searched it and found m/s seva automotive pvt ltd is a authorised dealership in nagpur of maruti suzuki ltd. I sent my car over there for the very first time for servicing and when i went after that for delivery some noise was coming out of my engine when asked the executive (Mr. Dinesh nandurkar) who attended my car told me that this is a very minor noise and will be ok. But it didn’t and continued till date and also started creating problems. I thought it was a battery issue because it wasn’t staring so i installed a new battery. But the problem was still the same. So i thought of getting it checked from m/s seva automotive pvt ltd. I was given a new executive (Mr. Manoj helonde) and i discussed the same thing with him but he told me to talk to the manager (Mr. Umesh rane). When i had a chat with the manager he also told me that it’s not our fault that your car was making a noise and these are the flaws in your car so you can get it done and gave me a budget if ₹20000/-. I am ready to pay for all the flaws in my car but one should at least listen to the customer. They just don’t want to listen. This was the last resort i found through which i can forward my concern to maruti suzuki ltd. Please look into the matter as this is very shocking as well as inconvenient for people like me in new place. What’s the use of the authorised dealership will do the same thing as outside mechanics do. Was this information helpful? | |
