Maruti Suzuki India — insurance policy issue

I paid the insurance amount by online mode on 15.09.2017, for that a link was provided by one of your executives namely nisha from rana motors, it was told that policy with some gift packs will be sent through an executive within 24 hrs. But policy has not been given to me til this time. Earlier i called the customer service for the same but they also said that policy will be provided the following day. Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 01, 2017 Updated by SUNEET Bhati I've complained earlier also about this issue but the problem hasn't been resolved yet, they have not even picking the phone calls. 26 september को मेरा insurance renew होता h aur unhone 26 जुलाई से रोज call karna shuru kar diya tha पॉलिसी renew कराने के लिए, time की shortage के कारण मैंने उनसे online payment के लिए बोला तो तुरंत link send kar diya, ab jab policy paid हो गई है तो उनके फोन to आने बंद हैं ही वो हमारे फोन भी नहीं उठाते, इतने बेशर्मी की हद है जब payment लेना था तो 2 महीने पहले परेशान करना शुरू कर दिया, अब कोई पता nhi kon कितना परेशान है.
