Sir, I am unfortunate to be your customer for the last 10 years. I cannot have gone through more stress, trauma & heartache than what rns motors arakere gate, bangalore - 560076 has given to me for both my vehicles as per the subject line. They have not fixed my vehicles for the last 6 months and every complaint that i make goes in vain. With every complain, they take my vehicle for 2 days and a new problem arises. All that i see is that my vehicle gets washed and is sent back with the same problem or more. I belong to a very middle class family and cannot afford to spend so much to dis-satisfaction. I am in the stage of giving up with maruti and sell both the cars to buy a better vehicle to get appropriate service in spite of rns motors trying to do r&d with my vehicle. I, at least expect a call from you else will be forced to take a step forward to blog it on various social networks. My company has 225000 employees and i have 12000 linkedin, 2500 facebook friends who would definitely multiply my blog. I can explain my horrible and hopeless experience to anyone who can call me for further details.
