Maruti Suzuki India — Losing a loyal customer | |||
I am badrishchhabra from dehradun. i booked one celerio zxi from d. d. motors dehradun by giving them a cheque of rs 3.21lac on 24 aug 2016 at 4 pm in exchange for my old maruti car alto k10 lxi subjected to choice of my colour. today on 25 aug around 10.30 i went to their yard (it is on record) and found colour not suitable for me. so i called executive sales that i dont want car pls give my cheque back to me and i am coming to your show room. On the way to showroom i visted another showroom future automobiles. i found my colour there and future auto promise me to give a celerio zxi. after reciveing cheque from d. d. motors i went to future automobile. they simply refuse to give me a car as mr. yougesh gupta asm maruti instructed them to do so. you can view his call records. i am feeling stuck between two dealers and asm mr yogesh gupta. I had planned to buy a car other then maruti. loyaltee of last 23 years by maruti suzuki is shamefull... as per maths one and one is two but in sales and marketing one plus one is called eleven.in this tuff scenario if company is not worried about loosing loyal coustmers then future of maruti suzuki is???
