Maruti Suzuki India — maruti s-presso / audio system failure | |
We bought a Maruti S-presso VXI on 17 March 2020 from Indus Motors Angamaly. Reg. No. KL 63 G 6939 Unfortunately the vehicle is not satisfactory as its music system got failed just after few weeks. As we reported to the showroom they repaired it for the first time. But just after few weeks the music system failed again. And they have taken it from the car on 25 Nov 2020 as we reported the issue in the showroom. Now it has been one month and there is no further updates from their end. As we contacted three times over phone we failed to get a reasonable response also. Being a health worker, in my hectic schedules this issue troubles me a lot as you all know. The worst thing I am facing is that the unfavorable questions regarding the hollow space in center of the new car... Hope you can understand my emotions...
