Maruti Suzuki India — Replacement of battery within warranty period | |||
Celerio Registration no: wb24y3828 Chassis no: ma3etde1s00114183 Invoice date: 15.03.2014 Delivery date: 31.03.2014 hours. Dealer: premier car world Battery of my car was not functioning. I went to sanei motors pvt. Ltd. On 29.03.16. They confirmed that the battery needs to be replaced, but refused to do this citing that the warranty has been expired according to the invoice date. I have gone to your site and there it has been clearly mentioned that the warranty starts from the date of handover to the first owner. I repeatedly requested, but they refused to do it harassing me for 7 hours. If you need, i can provide the written statement of sanei motors. On the next day, i went to premier car world, and they replaced the battery on 31.03.2016. I, therefore, request you to take immediate and stern action against sanei motors.
