Dear sir, i had purchased my car 'ciaz' in the month of march 2015 from 'popular automobiles', 'mamangalam', ernakulam district, kerala. The details of the said vehicles are - maruti ciaz vdi, kl 7 cc 8388. The defects observed on this vehicle are :- 1. A hole is formed underneath of door handle, rear right side door due to rust. Water is entering inside the door panels/ frames through this hole while vehicle get washed/cleaned from the service stations/self. 2. The second complaint is (Which made us so upset) that, the interior sheets fixed inside on top and door sides/hand rest areas are started coming out. 3. All the rubber bidding's and steel frames fixed on the body side are also coming our/loose shunted. I am the owner who does all the services of said vehicle got it done from the service station from where i purchased the vehicle except the last servicing. The last servicing was got it done during the month of mar 2019 from 'indus' which located at thevera, ernakulam district kerala. It is pertinent to mention that all the services for my said vehicle were got it done from the authorised maruti servicing centers. It is further pertinent to mention that, such an auspicious/highly/popular branded vehicle purchased recently (Just 4 years completed) is pushed us in to very disappointed state where our near and dears are evaluating as honda would have been the best choice for me. It is there for requested that, to over come from this dilemma, please depute a suitable technician/engineer to analyse the condition of the vehicle. It is further requested that my car may please be replaced with new one if possible. Please note :- i did not met any accident through out the period after purchasing the same.
