Further to my complaint after the service where I spent INR 12600, I have submitted the car (KA01MR1767) again at the Service Center near Banergatta road. The guy who went for the test ride touched the under body of the car over the bumper on a bad rough road. If your technicians and employees cannot handle the car properly, then how should I as a customer can trust? Such a bad experience with Kalyani motors, I will escalate this. And I am not going to pay even a single penny for anything. I don't know this is happening to my car because you guys created this issue in my car. I want my car in fit condition and I will not pay for your faults and will not pay for ur useless technician salary. This is my last visit to Kalyani Motors and I will never recommend anyone to this place. Also I need my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
