Maruti Suzuki — Call drop & also out going call drop

I took New alto k10 car yesterday dtd 22/07/2015, ran only 250 kms very odd noise in engine, engine not getting on sometime. Today it Stoped in between signal I was totally mad . I paid the amount Rs. 5, 351/- for the renewal at Friendly Motors, Mysore Karnataka, dated[protected], Receipt No. 3061.
but they were not renewed my vaicle policy and they are not respond properly.
