I purchased Ciaz delta on 13 Jan 2019. Car steering is very hard however service centre does not agree. I will not recommend anyone to buy this car.
Hi, Can we start a whatsapp group of Ciaz Owners who have this issue with the power steering. We can then send a online petition to first Maruti for recall and then pool money to fight the case legally. We need to get multiple youtube videos and get a twitter account so that we can start putting social media pressure on the company.

I have purchased maruti ciaz alpha variant in March 2019, am also facing the same problem of hard steering. Starting to get right hand elbow and shoulder pain. Probably we should send a complaint (collectively) to maruti for them to take action I think.
Btw, what is the tyre pressure for the radial tyres of the top end ciaz model. Am suspecting, will it be because of the tyre pressure maintained in ciaz?

I got the Top-end variant of Ciaz last year (2019-Mar). I feel the steering is too tight causing pain to the right hand and shoulder. is there any resolution given by Maruti?

I have 2017 Ciaz VXI+ variant. 64000 on odo. Recently steering got very hard and stiff and now driving has become very difficult. Anyone got this issue resolved. Please help

Even I have been facing the same problem with my CIaz zxi 2015 model. The car has clocked 27000kms. It started showing up after 10k kms. Since then ive visited 3 or 4 service centers and all of them denied an issue with the steering. Fed up, I put a mail to NEXA and they addressed the issue to the last serviced place and they took my vehicle and upon lot of Test drives they were still not convinced with my issue, checked all the parameters and said it was all in the required range, They kept it for 4 days, replaced the steering box assembly and gave it back. My steering is still the same. I used to drive Bangalore to Kerala quite often and due to this issue I had to stop taking my ciaz for the drive as the steering is really hard and is a huge pain to the right hand
