The service centres final bill was unreasonable

I am writing this complaint because I didn't get any response for my first written complaint. My car Alto (kl 36 9634) met with an accident at Palai (Kerala) on 12/11/2014. And on the same day the car was carried to the nearest Maruti Service Outlet( Palai Popular Services). Even though my car was insured with full cover, I had to pay a lumpsum amount of Rs 75260 excluding the insurance amount to get back my car that too with 4 swollen tyres....

cheating customer

RC not received-Rana Motors not responding
