i wish to inform you that on dated 08/05/2015, i get my swift zdi car service at Lovely Autos - Jalandhar. but after service, performance of car is very low and also come on very low average. I also im not satisfied with the bill heavy bill charged by the company. they charged 2301 rs as labour only for normal service which is very high as compared to other companies.     Dear sir, I had purchased a MARUTI alto lxi in 2008its lock system is not working and the vehicle is stopped, It is not such a part which can be damaged due to accident, it is life long part of a vehicle but is not functioning within 7 years and while going to service centre they advise to Dealer and delar demanding Rs 7000/- for changing the lock system and also taking advanceRs 4000/- and 8 days for bringing the lock from Gurgaon.it also donot come under Insurance company.It must be defective parts otherwise it could not be destroyed so quickly .so I demand replacement of the part free of cost

        Dear Sir, I have purchased Ertiga ZXI in October, 2013 from Eakansh Wheels, Jagadhari Road, Tepla, Ambala Cantt. From the very beginning I found problem in various internal as well as knocking sounds and others. I have complained so many time to the dealer but my complaints remain unresolved. In the beginning of 2014, once a manager from Maruti Udyog called the vehicle and inspected at Eakansh Wheels, Industrial Area, Ambala City. After inspecting the vehicle for the entire day, he recommended the back seat replacement and it will take place at Eakansh Wheels, Tepla. After 10-12 days, I asked the Eakansh Wheels, Tepla in this matter, they have asked that each problem with the vehicle will be resolved here. I took the vehicle there for the job but after the entire day the result was zero. On[protected], I complained that the engine started giving sound two times( first time twin sounds and second single) while start moving the vehicle forward at the speed of 20 kmph aprox. I left the vehicle for 5-6 entire days (from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.) but all the problems remain same. Once I left the vehicle for continuous 2 days at the dealer's workshop but nothing happened. On 24/3/15, the vehicle by picked up by the dealer and when I received the vehicle in the evening at around 7.00, there were harsh scratches on the front left side of the vehicle. I saw in the next morning and called the works manager Mr. Gurvinder Singh and he told me not to clean the vehicle and he will send some one to check. I told the works manager to provide me the alternate vehicle as this is not possible for me to stay without vehicle. He promised me that the next day he will send the vehicle and take Ertiga for the job including scratches repair. In the next morning a man from the dealer came to take the vehicke but without the alternate arrangement. He inspected the vehicle's scratches and was satisfied because the vehicle was not cleaned up and there was greace on the body of the vehicle. I shown him the excretions of white paint of scratches. I told him that without alternate arrangement, I can't send the vehicle. W.M. called him up and told for the next day. After that there was no information from the dealer as I have also called on the works manager's mobile but each time it was unanswered. Executives from Eakansh Wheels ranged up so many time asking about the satisfaction but do nothing in respect of customer service. I wanted to go to Consumer Court against the dealer but I first wanted to get the problem to Maruti Udyog's knowledge. I am sending you the scanned copies of various job cards in which I have mentioned the problems. You are requested to please resolve the issue at the earliest.           I have a Wagnor R LXI Duo Model car having Engine No.K10BN7113662, recently six month ago, there is a problem in the conversion (Gas- Petrol) switch which is not working, as a result the car was not able to run in LPG, although i visited several time to near by service centre i.e. Jyote Motor Sevice centre at CRP Square, Bhubaneswar, but it regret to say that there was no solution to my problem, as the particular Parts Number was printed wrong in the service manual (i.e. Sunlight Switch) and also in service station parts manual. After repeated reminder they did not sorted out the problem (the correct parts number was not found by the service centre) hence the complain. Kindly take immediate action .             Sir I am constrained to draw your attention to the fact that i am absolutely dissatisfied with the three consecutive repairing services from Machino Techno Maruti Service Centre on Dargha Road after a car remmed into the rear of my car ( Swift Dezire/WB20Z 4845 ) on 24.04.2012. This led me to be frustrated with the ineffcient repairing work and futile waste of money even after putting my full trust on an esteemed brand of yours! Presently my car continues to have the same technical snag.Feeling quite helpless.as such, your immediate intervention is sought in this contex. My 1st car was a Maruti 800 A/C with registration no DL9CM0468, 2nd car was a Maruti Wagon R Duo LXI with registration no WB02Y2912, 3rd car which I bought for my wife is a Maruti Alto 800 LXI (cannot recall as we took delivery of the vehicle on April 24, 2015) Since the time we booked the Alto 800, we had issues 1) The day we visited the dealer, we were told to make a down payment and we obliged. The representative came to my house and collected the cheque and part cash as down payment. She promised I would get a money receipt the next day. 2) And then it started. I had to make 10 calls to the dealer and then after almost a week someone came and delivered it at my office. 3) Then the SBI bank started calling me saying that they cannot issue the loan as my CIBIL score was low. Although this was made amply clear to the dealer’s sales representative that the CIBIL score was low for a 10 year old credit card issue and that I hold very good loans with SBI and have closed two old loans with them even before its tenure. Finally when I called the general manager at the dealers end and wanted to cancel my booking they got into action and started handling the bank. 4) Then it came to insurance. I was initially told by the dealer that I will have to chose the insurance when maruti insurance calls me. I opted for national insurance. However the very next day (read the below emails) I get a call from the dealer and a lady arm twists me to go for New India Assurance stating that the dealership has a tie up with them and they will not be able to provide me any assistance if my car meets with an accident and the insurance is under National Insurance. 5) I wanted a “new frost blue” however the dealer said that the colour was discontinued by maruti and offered us “granite grey”. I checked with the same dealer but at a different branch location and found they had the colour but the car was of February month. As the General Manager at the dealer said that they do not sell old vehicle, I believed in him and gave up our likeness for “frost blue” and took the “granite grey” instead. 6) However on the day of the delivery I found that the Chassis No. showed the car was of January make. I gave a gasp and told myself to just let it go. 7) I had paid the dealer for under chasis rust paint and side and bumper guards. The guards were fitted well but the paint was still wet and it peeled of where I tried to check it if it was dried. 8) And then the last thing happened which I guess would have made anyone feel like he wished a bomb just fell on the dealer showroom – THE CAR WOULD NOT START. When I approached the people standing around they behaved as if that was very normal with new cars being delivered. They said “new car Sir!, no fuel, we have just put 1ltr and given a coupon to you of 4ltr. You need to shake the car. And then they did it. Shook the car and started it”. However when I tried to start again, it would not start. I was there with my WIFE and 2& ½ year old daughter to experience taking the delivery of a new car. We reached the dealership at 11am and when we finally left them it was beyond 1:30PM. May daughter had skipped her lunch. As for us, we could have passed lunch but not the pain that we were going through then. I called up Maruti and lodged a complaint no.”[protected]” which till date has not been answered. Finally I approached the General Manager. He was talking to someone on the phone and almost gave me a wave with his hand as if to say “I am busy”. Then after some time we heard him come out of the room and shout to someone “ why can’t someone start that car…dhakka do aur start karo”. So that is what I was buying from Maruti and that is what Maruti sells through those General Managers of Dealers like Dewars Garage at Salt Lake, Sector-V. 9) Finally they pushed and started the car and took it to some place and made us wait for another 40mins. When it was finally handed over to us I almost felt like someone just raped my new car and was now handing over the keys to me. I drove it home and thought things would rest. And then out of my experience of driving and managing my car well over the last 10 years and more, that I felt I heard a strange sound “like friction from steel” from the engine. I took it to a maruti service point where I usually visit and know the people around. I got it checked and Yes there was some issue and he said he would take a look at it during the 1st service. My 4th Car will not be a Maruti. For me it’s now the worst brand on earth now. The 2nd was bought from your showroom at Topsia and I did not face any issue. However from your salt lake showroom, I have had problems on “commitment”, “servicing” from day 1.                         Before two days My car mp43c2528 servicing done by patel motors ratlam workshop. There is one of the worst service center of ratlam which spoils the brand value of maruti suzuki motors in ratlam city. There is second time i realize it that there is a work of alternator done by service center first time in september 14 month and secondly in may 2015. In september there is unavailability of wheel alignment machine and resolution of alternator sound of bearing also. For interior car washing there is no facility for car wash, No any type of drinking water facility in customer lounge etc There is no proper billing and estimating done by staff and infront of me manager workshop says to service incharge to debit extra amount of labour cost deducted in the salary account of mr kamlesh. I am very disappointed when i call to mr mishra DGM worrkshop for the same he is in jhabua and says to me mr alok look your vehicle and within a hour your interior washing done by my staff members. Every time there is no availability of spare parts also.

                          I had sent my Car WaganR LX for repairing in the month of Mar.’2015 to M/s Hindustan Auto Agency, Bokaro Steel City (Jharkhand) and I get it back after repairing on 18.03.2015. But my car battery was missing. So they temporarily fixed a battery and assured to replace it on next day with my own battery. They assured that their staff will visit my house and will replace the same. But no one came for replacing the battery. I complained several time for not replacing my battery. But no one cared. Then I visited the service centre. They again replaced the battery with another one. They told that my battery is not found so they will replace with a new battery. But again no one came with a new battery. I several times visited to service centre for replacement of my battery. But they always tell that it will be replaced tomorrow. Till date, 50 tomorrow have been passed. Please look into the matter urgently and arrange to replace my battery with a new one or give me my own battery.

I was very much impressed with the ERTIGA model of the Maruti Car and purchased it by exchanging my old car mentioned above and then doing complete down payment of remaining amount.But, I am extremely disapointed that after continuous requests to the Dealers of Maruti True-Value they are reluctant to do registration transfer for which they agreed up on.They have used it for their own purpose with out informing me and then broke Traffic rules for which there is e-Challan left pending from last year. I even request to pay that as early as possible but still they didn't cared my please. Hence, I kindly request to take some action on this concern.                                   Hellow I am one of the customers of Maruthi Udyog. I have been using the vehicle for the last 16 years. Recently my Marthi Swift Dzire with reg. No. KA02 MH 5610 got littlebit damage. Hence, The Vehicle was parked with Service Station at Basaveswaranagar, Balore on 25.04.2015. I was told that day, the vehicle would be delivered in 4 days time. But, today even after 8 days my vehicle is not yet delivered. When I spoke to the personnel, I was told that I have to pay the charges first, then Insurance claim would be reimbursed. Initially I was not told like this. Now, the personnel of Martuthi Service Station is tellying that since I have made direct Insurance with National Insurance Company, I have to pay the charges first. If, I would have made the Insurance through Maruthi, then I need not pay the charges. No, this is simply an harassment for a reliable customer. Is this the way of attitude of Martuthi Udyog with an honest and reliable customer. Martuthi Udyog personnel not keeping up the words. Because, Initially, I was told something but after the work is over, the are telling different story just to harass the customer. Paying first does not matter for my purse. But, the thing is why I have to pay the charges, when an Insurer is reimbursing the charges. Will you get back to me for this harassment.

                                    I have purchased Maruti gypsy on 21/04/2015 from Prem motors Jaipur . On the eighth day of delivery on its first trip @ 450 kms ODO reading there was some clicking noise while driving on the highway, after 50-60 mtrs we heard an bang sound and gear response becomes null . called road side assistance, recieved response after 45 mins by Maruti people they said to bring the car at their service station in Rewari named Apra motors . They don't have tow vehical at that time . They told to manage ourself after calling the tow/crane owner in Rewari they asked 7000 rs for merely 12 kms tow zone, due to this unbearable asking for tow amount we decieded to tow it ourself by someone known vehicle . car broke down in evening and after all this effort we reached the workshop at 8:30 pm . guard took possesion of the car and ask to come in the morning as all technical staff was gone . then we hired an taxi to Delhi and reached the hotel @ around 12:30 am . next day we drive down in an taxi to rewari and inspected the vehicle on the hydraulic jack, the technician told me that there is no oil in differential and due to this the gear jammed and broked . its 30/04/2015, the apra people told to get complained registered with Prem motors (Jaipur), technician told me that he haven't seen this type of problem in past 7yrs of his career . when i called the person in prem motors jaipur i got such an lame answer ie " what we can do now, get it fixed where ever you can ", that's not prem motors fault . after hereing this reply we talked to manager sales he asked me to show photos . i managed to show photos to them, they talked to G.M. service @ apra Rewari he told them the same fact of PDI not done properly . since them i haven't received an proper reply from the maruti people . Waiting for an reply for there legend seller MARUTI GYPSY so called samurai .

                                      I have sent my vehicle number HR51AM 4278 for service and oil leakage problem on 30th April 2015 at your authorised service Center M/S Khurana Automobiles at 3C/60, BP, NIT Faridabad. Number of complaint told to service technician and owner of center was not addressed and even Car cleaning and up keeping was not up to the mark.Even the spares used by him seems to be spurious as car is not behaving normal after the service. Before forwarding the car we mentioned that a check sign is glowing repetadly and he has not take care of the same and as of now we are getting the signals. 2nd the consumables Quantity charged by them is as per MSIL standard where as the quantity mentioned in your booklet never be topped by any agencies across the country. For this certain manufacturer has brought the packing as per needed quantity. Which Qualifies for the unfair trade practice when you can not put the quantity how you can bill the same. Most of the times hardware used by them while doing services gets broken where as high tensile fasteners never brakes under the applied / Prescribed torques. Few months back he has painted my Dickey under claim entire Dickey Colour is faded which also brought our attention that he uses substandard components in the car making fool of customers and cheating. As we are sending the car in a good faith as it has been approved by you. When ever vehicles goes there not cleaned properly and most of the times it comes with dirt underneath the mats, Dickky and this time I showed to his mechanic which he promised to make good in 24 hrs for which I am still waiting. That is why delay in lodging a complaint with you. Please look in to the matter and develop some methodology so that sub standard component can not be used by your authrosied centers.
