Maruti Suzuki — not satisfied with service took Rs.22000/- even after zero dep insurance from royal sundaram | |||
Hello All, I K.Naresh found of maruti very much, I am glad that I am one of the owners of Maruti vehicle even I suggest to go for Maruti at anytime, but for the timebeing I am not at all satisfied with services done by karimanagar Adarsha Automotive in Karim nagar, I have handed over my vehicle Swift LDI No. AP29 AT1564 on 5/05/2014 I have got zero dep insurance with Royal Sundaram Policy No # MOP2120788. When my vehicle delivered back on 31/05/2014 I found that services wa not done properly there were few sounds coming from front wheel and rare dicky side. Even after taking zero dep Insurance from Royal Sundaram I got this insurance from maruti suzuki I had to pay Rs. 22, 000/- from my pocket and bill was for Rs.92, 000/- and there is no proper explanation stating that how much insurance paid and how much I am paying. NOW I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND HUGE AMOUNT I HAVE PAID EVEN AFTER HAVEING ZERO DEPERICATION CAR INSURNACE.
