Maruti Suzuki — Pick up of car for service & insurance claim process | |||||
I have registered my car tn09 be 6696 for service on 8 DEC 2015. Have made several follow ups to both maruti insurance broking where I was provided the policy & with khivraj, dealer. Till date 21dec, they have not picked up my vehicle for service. Have asked them for tow vehicle. Dealer did not provide initially. He asked me to arrange towing. After speaking with a staff of maruti insurance, dealer agreed to tow my car. On Friday 18 DEC, they called me & it was agreed that my car will be towed to the workshop by 21 DEC, Monday & then insurance surveyor will be arranged. I have put leave on 19 dec & 21 dec for this purpose. Maruti & the dealer have broken all commitment & I do not know with whom I should discuss my grievances & I don't know who from the company will help me in resolving this. Am totally disappointed & these people have made me think as to why I purchased maruti & that too through khivraj..all other dealers from maruti & other auto companies have towed vehicles & arranged the service for friends in my apartment...am spending rs.400 as conveyance to office on a daily basis without my car. Is the head of customer service is listening to my grievances?? Was this information helpful? | |||||
