I have have purchased maruthi vdi Ka 02-Mf-5838 from RNS motors bangalore on June 27th 2011. while running the vehicle we observed crackling sound of beam whenever the vehicle pass through humps of troughs .The dealer has explained that this the design of the vehicle. Recently when we drive the another vehicle with another dealer, no such problem was observed. It means a defective beam has been supplied to in the beginning. I have already made a complaint regarding this and no reply has come from you for the past 2 weeks. Request to change the part immediately or conduct an detailed enquiry with Rns motors of bangalore.
