Maruti Suzuki — Swift dzire vdi - seat belt passager side, not working,

Car Purchased on 2nd Jan. 2015, Registration number - UP14 CL 5965, Covered 42190 Kms. Extended warrenty also purchased with the car. Today on 20th Dec. 2015, while seating in the car, my wife found her Seat belt not working. I took the car to Rohan Motors, Ghaziabad. They forund Seat Belt Complete part need to be replaced. But Part is not in their stock. when it will be in stock, not know, but they will order and inform me as received.Also this part is not covered in extended warranty, so I need to pay for this part. After arguing, they shown the extended warranty conditions mentioning all body parts not covered in extended warranty. Seat Belt a very important safety part is being treated as normal body part with no normal and no extended warranty. Infect, Maruti Suzuki should be laible for all safety, not wear out parts malfuctioning. if it is not, then THIS IS CHEATING. My car has not completed one year complete. It has covered more than 40K kms, so as your conditions, normal warranty is elapsed. But that was the reason, I bought the extended warranty. Could Maruti Suzuki Look into it. and respond for following - Can Maruti Suzuki forced your Dealers to keep stock always for Safety related parts. - Can Maruti Suzuki look into the quality of parts specially Safety related, which are failing in less than one year.
