Maruti Suzuki True Value — Fraud in Registration of exchanged Car.

I have purchased New Alto LXI with exchange my old Honda City on date 21 Oct 2012, and Old Honda City has been handed over to Fair Deal Dilshad Garden. but few days back i have received a challan / Penalty note for 5000 rs. Against pollution for the same Honda City in 2013 year. I have visited to show room several times but people are not helping for me. thanks Deepak Pathak [protected].
