Maruti Suzuki — Worst Customer Service at your Salt Lake, Kokata Showroom | |||
Dear Sir, On 08th of January, 2015 I bought a Wagon-R (VXI) Car from 'Dewars Garage, Plot Y-9, Block-EP, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700 091 (one of your Authorised Showrooms) vide Invoice No.VSL 14000097 dated 30.12.2014 and I got the delivery on my Choice Date 08.01.2015. I bought the Car through your Sales Executive Mr. Prasenjit. When I booked the Car, I told Mr. Prasenjit that I'll purchase the Seat & Steering Cover from your Showroom and also requested him to get them fitted at the time of Delivery. But on the day of Delivery (i.e. 08.01.2015) both Seat & Steering Cover were found fitted with my Car without my consent after taking the amount from me forcefully. Actually the Seat & Steering Cover were not according to my choice. We (myself & my family members) refused to take the delivery of the Car on that day due to this, but Show Room Sales Manager -Mr. Arijit Samaddar assured me to change it within a very short while. But actually Mr. Samaddar has failed to keep his promise till date. Apart from this, one of the keys of my Car was not working on the date of Delivery, i.e. 08.01.2015 despite their fruitless effort for 2 hours, as a result we got the actual delivery at 9-30 p.m. (although we were there at 5-30 p.m.) when they used the Second Key. They have kept my First Key to get it changed from the Maruti Company, but till now we haven't got neither key nor Seat & Steering Cover of my choice. Sir, Maruti Lake Town. Kolkata Show Room(Sanei Motors) is very near to my Residence but Mr. Prasenjit assured me best after-sale service about their ShowRoom and forced me to buy the Car from Salt Lake show Room. We are very much astonished with such a worst Customer Service.. Therefore, I request you to look into the matter very seriously and solve my problems within a short while. Maruti Suzuki Service Providers are the Worst. They are run by Auto Mafia's .You will never get a Proper Service and if you fight for your right there are chances your Vehicle might get Problem.Secondly your Insrance claim will never happen.Insurance Premium is like an Extortion money to protect your Vehicle at our own risk.I Pray to all New Buyers not to buy Maruti Vehicles as you may find yourself into the net of Auto Mafias.
