Maruti True Value — Wrong Committements given to me. | |||
I have taken Santro Hyundai vehicle no.MH05 1745 on my wife name Mrs. Aparna Sachin Shravankar. from True value at ghodbunder road Thane 3 months before. The ac of the car was not working but the representative told they will take care of the same and solve the issue of AC and the locks of the car were not working.It was clearly told to me both the problems will be solved and so on trust i finalized the deal.At the time of delivery i was told by Mr.Nitin that the warranty of AC is for 6 months and i[censored] have any problems u can get in touch with us.I visited the showroom on 2nd september in morning to tell that the ac is not working properly plz check it as it was committed to me that there is warranty of 6 months and also the locks r not working. I was told by aarti that yhe vehicle will be deliverd by evening.When i went in evening Mr.Nitin told that i can take delivery at 7.30 and said that the gas was not there so ac was not working...same time i told him about locks he said come 0n3rd september i will clear the lock problems also..Im really suprised that the delivery of my car was given to me late evening on 3rd september..AC problem was solved and i was told to pay700rs for the same, but keeping the vehicle for 2 days the lock problem was not solved.I received a call from[protected] from ur showroom saying that the problem of lock is solved but it wasn't and the car was in really very bad condition from inside..
