Matrix Cellular — Bill invoice sent after sim cards are already returned 1 month back!!! | |||||
My husband and I bought 2 matrix sims while leaving on a vacation for mauritius on 28th April for one week. As soon as we were back, we returned the sim cards to matrix. When the bill invoice was sent, we faced a lot of issues because o[censored]nnecessary charges applied. Though some amount was credited back to credit card. Please refer below link for the same for previous issues on same connection: https://www.consumercomplaints.in/matrix-cellular-activated-data-plan-without-co...⇄ But, guess what, on 9th June, we again got the bill invoice saying that the rentals for May month have to be paid, which is total of around 1200 INR. We don't even have the sim cards, how can we use it?? and how can they send such bill again. Now again, matrix would auto-debit from our credit card. If you have our credit card auto-debit authorization, does that mean you will keep on auto-debiting whenever you wish to??
