I had purchased sim card for Jakarta Indonesia with unlimited data plan for INR 999. I have the receipt sent by the Matrix team saying that I did purchase this plan, However your BD is now denying that I ever purchased the plan - I DON'T KNOW WHAT MORE EVIDENCE do you need other than the receipt I received from MATRIX.
Due to this, my data plan was never activated and now I have been slapped a bill of INR 14, 671.43 for the negligence from your side.
As usual, your customer service reps have no idea how to resolve this and giving vague answers to my numerous phone calls.
I regret doing any business with you guys!
