I have taken a new Matrix SIM card connection from Delhi Airport terminal while travelling to Johannesburg.They have provided me with details of the call rates and the charge involved as the minimum upfront payment.
After using the phone for a week in Johannesburg I have started receiving the notifications regarding my un-billed amounts. I have requested for my call logs and I realised that Matrix is not charging me the rates they have promised.Matrix customer care failed to explain me the reasons and they rather said to wait until the final bill is issued at the end of the month. The service provider wants to deduct the money from my credit card when the bill is issued and they are avoiding any explanation before this date. This is real example of fraud.
I have stopped using the phone but day by day there is an increase in my bill. This is not acceptable and why should I agree to pay for something which is not rightfully charged.
Customer rights are ignored and I would request to submit a complaint against Matrix Service provider.
