[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — Charging bill of 12000.00 rs on just internet charge without using it

Sir, i fly to china for 4 days i buy sim from matrix at rs 600 and deposs it of rs 6000.00, after reaching back same day i give there sim, after a week they send a bill of r s 12000, 00. Saying that i used internet, but hai din, t use they say your mobil was woking inside, i really not know there internet i have to pay rs 12000.00 in just 4 days, if i was stay for month i was out of this country pay more then one lack rs. Please see that you can do some thing they are harnessing me for there rest 6000.00.
