[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — Excess billing and lame customer care service

I had went to Malaysia in July'14, for which i had taken two sim cards and the
scheme offered to my by the executive was 2 Myr per minute for the out going calls to India. But when i actually recieved my bill i was charged at 2.5 Myr per minute. The lame part from customer care end is, i had lodged the complaint almost a month back and every time they reply me is your query will be resolved in 48 hours, god knows which standard time they follow. The executive which issued me the card from Mumbai has stopped receiving my calls.
Great service and great way to earn money. Strict actions should be taken against them, else i feel this will never end as after visiting this site i have realised that i am not the only BAKRA.
