[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — False commitment by business development executive | |||||
I have taken a Matrix sim card for travelling to Thailand on July 2015. One Business development Executive from Kolkata Ms Amrita Bhattacharya had issued me that sim card and she had told me that i donot need to pay anything for 1 year as i am making 1 year contract with the Matrix Cellular.But she had not mentioned me over mail that i have to within the credit limit.Now Matrix cellular had issued a bill of Rs 75000 and that amount i cant pay. I am currently living in Thailand and studying MBA there. If i donot pay the amount to them they may make a legal case against me. So I need ur help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
