[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — Incorrect billing from Matrix Cellular | |||
I had taken a sim card from Matrix Cellular for my trip to South Africa from 1st Mar 2015 to 15th March 2015. During this time, I had requested for 2 GB internet. For this, I got a confirmation on SMS(Please see attached screenshot. Also I kept checking my usage, and on the last day of my trip, there was an unbilled usage of around 460 Rands(Approx 2700 Rupees). To my surprise, on 13th March 2015 I received a bill of around 22K rupees, and was told i was being charged for out of bundle Internet usage. I stopped my Internet and only used it for calls. Now they have still gone ahead and made my bill for around 44, 000+ Rupees. And when I inquired how they could bill me so much and why there was no credit limit as per TRAI guideline, i was not given any straight answer. I also provided the proof of the SMS and the unbilled usage, this also was of no use. They still billed me for out of bundle usage. Was this information helpful? | |||
