Incorrect Invoicing is done. Roaming charges are added wrongly.
Invoice payment is done by reducing the roaming charges. Payment receipt is received, though system is my account as a 'Overdue' account.
Please do the needful, as I am trying to contact the agent since 4 months, and request is still OPEN without any action.
