As per the agreement t[protected] (Phone no: [protected]), i purchased an international sim card (For 28 days from 1st feb till 1st march) from matrix while travelling from india to uae. I specifically asked for unlimited data package & was promised the same in the agreement letter & over calls/emails. Nowhere in the call/email/agreement letter was any fup or data restrictions were mentioned.
1) on 11th feb, i received notification that i'm about to consume my full data (5 gb). I notified the matrix support & got confirmation over mail that this message can be ignored as you have unlimited data package.
2) on 13th feb, my internet data services receiving message that i've consumed my full 5gb data usage.
3) despite multiple followups, escalations, i got no positive response from the team. On 17th feb, i got a response from matrix nodal officer that since i've used 5gb allocated, they are in process of discussion with local service provider (Du in uae) for data addon within next 2-4 hrs.
4) on 18th feb, i got reply that more that can't be added due to cap limit & need to use only the calling services only.
