Matrix Cellular — My matrix sim never worked in europe | 4 sept 2016 | |||||
Hi, I had purchased a matrix prepaid SIM for INR 1700 for my travel in Europe. I was assured that the SIM is active and I should only check it in Europe. I landed in Europe and changed my SIM however the SIM was never detected. I did not have any way to reach the customer. I had asked my friend to speak to the customer person but he was very rude and asked to drop a mail to [protected]@matrix.in. This is horrible, I was travelling between countries with no SIM and on my own. Even after repeated call and whatsapp after coming back to INDIA, I was asked to follow up with [protected]@matrix. This is totally unjustifiable, how can you treat your customers so bad once you have got the payment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
