[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — No confirmation of sim card activation and forex card activation

Hi, I have taken Matrix SIM card (one for USA +1 [protected] & another one for Paris - [protected]) alongwith a Matrix Forex card. None of them are activated till now. Contacted call center but no confirmation on activation. All of them was delivered by Matrix employee at my office. Pls let me know if the same will be activated today or I need to approach other service provider to get the service. Pradipta Nath Mobile No : [protected]
