I was fooled by Matrix sales executive, when I took the Matrix card when going to the US. This sales executive said that 450 minutes were free on outgoing or incoming calls from India. Whereas the contract (which was never given to me after me signing it), stated that the 450 minutes were for Incoming or Outgoing within the US only.
Further after I received the bill I realized that my No. has been switched with someone else. I have raised this complaint since March 2013, up until now (Oct 2014). Even then Matrix refuses to accept its mistake. Moreover Matrix has not replied to a single of my queries regarding the switching of Phone Nos. on the bill, since Mar 2013.
Is there any respite that I can get from this.
Even though I was fooled by the Matrix Salesperson (BELIEVE ME THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT IT), I am willing to settle my correct bill.
