They took 3500 security fees and are unwilling to refund the balance 2800 rupees. there has been no communication, response so far from their side and are constantly ignoring my mails and calls . . it has been 3-4 months as of now. if you they could send a person to collect security amount, then they could refund the same so in a smooth way. it is happening to me 3rd time from matrix. it is common mal-pratcice of matrix to eat up customers money . hope, they understand, i dont wanna go the HARD WAY . Same happened with me...they had charged be rs 80000 on a plan of rs 5000, the already took my credit card details and have charged 48000 and now they expect the rest of bill to be paid. a big FRAUD!!!
