Recently we went to Europe on 29th April 2016 and were promised a plan by Mr. Gaurav Bhardwaj, their representative to be able to use the data plan in Netherlands, belgium, Switzerland as well as France. In Netherlands the plan and data worked. However once we reached Belgium the data stopped working. We sent a mail to them on 3rd May but got a reply from them only on 6th of May by which we were gone. We were promised 3 gb but we managed to use only 200 mB. we have still been charged for using data. Moreover We have been debited twice by them. We have not received the bill the second time we were debited. I just want the money back for the services not given by them but paid by me and a detailed bill.
