Though the SMS are suspicious and spurious, they have been charged. I have no record of receiving them.
Also the SIM was used for just 10days and the chosen package is only for 10 days. But the billing is done for 12 days.

We would request you to check the email sent to you from Mr. Shashank in this regard, as the clarification related to this has already provided to you in that. As informed to you earlier, we would not be able to make any changes in the bill as the charges are valid and genuine.

Further, the bill is absolutely in consonance with the usages made by you. It has been raised through the reliable billing platform of the network partner and there is no possibility of inaccuracy there. As per your itemized bill, it shows the date, time, description, duration and amount which was made by your connection, while the SIM card was under your possession. We assure you that all the charges reflecting in the bill are valid and genuine.
At the outset, please be assured that Matrix will never charge you for the services that have not been rendered to you from our end.
Hence, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to make any changes in the bill.

Do you show me statement about pro-rata concept in your agreement form?
Also this was not explained by your sales during purchase of the 10 day plan. can you provide any proof about pro-rata concept explained in the CAF?
Also I had shared my mail id in the CAF, why your platform did not mail me about the plan details?
Also can you show me statement saying trip dates would mean SIM usage requirements?
I had duly filled trip dates including my return date back to India. Also I had shared trip itinerary to the sales person; why did he not put 10 days as itinerary explains everything about the stay?

This a similar pattern concocted by matrix deliberately. Even I have been charged for data I have not used. The moment I landed on foreign land the itemized bill shows data usage. That means i got out of the plane, cleared my immigration, collected my baggage, exchanged cash to foreign exchange and caught the taxi after pushing my trolly, all this while I was browsing the internet? Also I had taken unlimited plan and then the charge me Rs 50, 000 for using half GB extra, saying that my plan was for 3 GB, again no intimation was sent via email, notifying the customer about when the plan has got exhausted. All this is pre planned brother, no use of beating your head against the wall. All their replies are the same manner, saying that you have signed the agreement. Who know what is written in the such fine print behind the agreement form. The main culprits are the sales people who deliberately misguide and give false information, again, these people are trained to give false info to the customers. Some one should stand up and fight against these scammers and teach them a lesson. These people are filing case in bulk, like in hundreds, against their customers to extort money.
You have been talking in a very polite manner I must say. Its good you did not give your credit card details to them or else they would have swiped thousands of rupees from your account. All of us should make youtube videos to exposes these frauds. The irony is that thousands of employees know that they are earning their salaries from the extorted money from customers. These people are shameless too as they also are supporting a crime and are criminals too.

The charges billed to you has already been explained by our Nodal Officer and is correct and genuine. You have been charged as per the agreed tariff plan and trip dates.
