Dear Team, Would like to apprise you that I had travelled to South Africa for 15 days in the month of August, 2015. While receiving the sim card I had paid security amount of INR 6000 and had received a receipt by Mr. Sumit Baluni. I came back in the first week of august and had been following up for my money, in return your customer care calls and asks by the end of the month for the sim. I had also returned the sim and was told that I would get a refund in 15 days. Since then, I have bee following by calls for my money. I feel that the team is a cheat and is not to be trusted. I will make sure that none of my family and friends end up using your services. I have faced prior issues with your company but still believed that it was just a one time case. But this experience ruined the entire opinion about Matrix cellular services. I would still expect a refund and hope that this time my request is sorted out. Looking forward to a positive response.
