[Resolved]  Matrix Cellular — unethical behaviour

i had applied for two connections from matrix and paid the security by cash. when i asked for a receipt, i was told that it will be mailed to me. i kept calling them to mail me the receipt but there was no respond. and now after returning from the trip i m told to pay the money which i already did and now they are lying that they have not received any payment from my side. i have lost trust in this company and i will never use their services nor recommend anyone. their customer services is pathetic.
