[Resolved] Max Bupa Health Insurance Company — health insurance policy taken from max bupa | |||
I had taken a health insurance policy and after the medical check up, I got a cal that the policy cannot be processed further due to medical reasons. The company denies to refund the complete premium paid and charges for medical check up. I should be eligible to get the complete refund of premium paid as the health check up was mandatory and also such terms in the policy were not intimated prior to taking the policy. We deeply regret that we are unable to offer health insurance cover to the proposed insured(s) as per the details stated in the e-mail. Also we would like to inform you that your case has been reviewed by our team of doctors and we will not be able to honor the mentioned policy.
However, we would like to advise you that we have done necessary verifications at our end and the counter offer has been accepted by your father Mr. Ravhee Sathe and we have issued the policy post receiving the confirmation.
We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused.
