[Resolved]  "max Life Insurance" & "club Max" — Somebody doing fraud work and took money from me

This is regarding above mentioned subject and detailed is below, I got your reference from Mr. P Verma, LIC India.

Somebody doing fraud work on behalf of "MAX LIFE INSURANCE", I have given complaint to "MAX LIFE INSURANCE" also.,

The complaint is, Preeti Sachdeva, Raman Bhatia, Palak Sharma, Amit chauhan (contact No.: + 91 [protected] & +[protected] / 1072) doing fraud work from Delhi, they gave me a call on 3rd May 2014 and explained the policy with the name of "MAX LIFE INSURANCE" and they told me to do the document process and they also told me that we will make your bond paper withing 15 days and will dispatch soon, so on trust basis on "M L I" I did the document process and gave the Cheque of Rs. 17, 000 in favor pf "CLUB MAX" (Cheque No. 003163, Name - Kamlesh Patidar, date - 3rd May 2014 Axis bank, Kala Nagar, Mumbai, cheque cleared on 7th May 2014), now they are not giving any proper response, every day I call them but they don't receive the call, if they receive the call then they tell me that we will dispatch the bond paper today evening, same thing they are telling me since last 30 days, still I didn't get any bond paper or official document from them, so I felt that they are not MAX LIFE INSURANCE, I called to "M L I" also and explained the situation so "M L I" told me that this type of information is not related to us somebody doing fraud work with you, so definitely they are fraud people, so please help me to get my money back and keep out this fraud things from India, because they are doing fraud work with the name of "M L I"

Please find the attached acknowledgment receipt given by the form collecting guy

You can contact the fraud persons on above mentioned numbers and confirm whether they are really doing policies for "M L I" or doing fraud work and keep my email as on priority because it harm for "M L I" and for me also

Even I got a call today. And I was going to pay money for it. THANK YOU again.
If "MAX LIFE INSURANCE" is not taking any action against it that means they also involved in it,

They should take serious action because fraud work is on their name only and still "MLI" at home, I need help from "MLI"
Today One guy called Amit Saxena called me up and told me to Pay Rs.30, 000/- one time payment. He said that I will be getting Rs.900 every month for next 9 years as pension, after 12 months and he wanted me to make payment to him by way of cheque. He also said that There is Health Insurance coverage to the extent of Rs.5, 00, 000/- I have also sent to him my Photo and Pan card copy thru Whatsup.
His Number given is +91 [protected]. Please confirm back whether this is genuine or it is a fraud.

I am yet to make the payment.
Please do not pay. This guy is a fraud. I have lost 45, 000.00 as I bought 3 policies under similar circumstances and am still waiting to get documents. No reply from Amit or his team. No one picks up telephone. If you or anyone is offerend any policies, make sure it is original form to be filled up and also check with the insurance company prior to making payment. Once payment is made, your money is gone. I am trying to put up a case with the police. Not sure if they will atall look into the case. But we need to stop this guy...

Same things happened with me and now money has gone, so can we identify these guys? where they are sitting? can we complaint against these guys in the police station so police can take serious action and we can get money back, because these type of fraud work should stop in India

If there anybody to help me to get my money back so please help me, it will be great help from them

I have sent mail to Mumbai and Delhi Police station aslo but still I didn't get any response from police station, I am waiting response from police station and then I will go physically to police station and will give complaint

I have paid 15000 and they are still calling me to take one more policy as part of diwali dhamaka.
They will be calling me in a day or two as I told them to.

I too got a call on 14th Oct (a day before elections in Maharashtra) from a girl named Kanika Sharma. She said that she was calling from the New Delhi head office of Max Life Insurance. She came up with this plan wherein i had to make a one time payment of 20, 000 & after 5 years i will be getting an assured amount of 40, 450 (Tax free). Also this payment of 20k can be considered under 80C to save tax. Plan name was 'Guaranteed Return Investment Plan'. The benefits don't end here. Along with this i get a Life insurance of 4L for 5years + family medical cover of 2L for 5years which will include cashless treatment where hospitalization is not compulsory. Plus i get a lifetime membership from Max Club. She gave me 2 options:
1. Plan without membership wherein cheque payment of 20k will be in the name of Max Life Insurance.
2. Plan with membership that has 3 more benefits wherein cheque payment of 20k will be in the name of Max Club.
2.1. 1st benefit is a commission of 20% !!!
2.2. 2nd benefit is that my Life insurance will get extended for 100 years.
2.3. 3rd benefit is that my family medical cover will get extended for 100 years too !!!

I told her that i had been cheated earlier & hence i wont invest unless you send me a mail or tell where can i find more details about this plan. To this she replied that "Sir, it is a limited 1 day offer for limited customers. It is not a standard plan & hence details aren't available in writing or on the website." I was too skeptical about this plan but the lady sounded so professional & convincing that i fell for it. I confirmed that i was interested. She told me that there will be a free look period of 15 days during which i can cancel the plan & get my entire amount back. She gave me a couple of other numbers where i could call for assistance. She assured me that this is a genuine Max Life Insurance product & that there is no involvement of any agent & hence safe. All the agent benefits would be given to the customer.

She told me that i will be getting a confirmation call next day morning i.e.15th Oct & product details will be explained & verified once again so that you are satisfied. I got a call in the morning from a guy named Amit Singhania. He spoke to me for a while, explained the exact same things that Kanika had said. I told him too that i doubt the authenticity of this plan to which he again told me about the free look period of 15 days. I again fell for it. It then struck to my mind that it makes no sense for anybody to go for this plan 'without' membership as it has no benefits that i get with membership. So obviously everyone will go with membership & hence make payment to Max Club instead of Max Life Insurance. I tried searching about Max Club on the net but couldn't find anything helpful. I then called up Max Life Insurance customer care number but the office was closed because of elections. I had a feeling that something was wrong. So i delayed her calls for a while. Went home after voting & again checked the net. The document collection boy was about to reach my residence (which was wrong address given by me as i was already doubting the plan :P) to collect the cheque & documents & so i had very less time to do a last check. Fortunately i found many blogs where exact cases were mentioned & claimed to be frauds. Names of Kanika Sharma & Amit Singhania were also found in such complaints. Also their numbers were found but with different names. None of the complainants had received the policy bond or money. Infact no one had answered their calls. Then came Kanika's call & i confronted her. She got furious & nervous & disconnected the call. Even the document collection guy didn't call. Thank God & thanks to all you people who shared their experiences on the internet, otherwise i would have been a victim too.

Note: Always ask to provide policy details in writing. Either in the form of a brochure or on email. Check the ID of the person who is contacting you personally. If possible take a picture because even employee of insurance companies do such stuff. Friends & relatives of mine have been victims earlier. Invest safely.
