[Resolved]  Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — product returned without opening. refund not received.

I have ordered a charging flex for my samsung i9070 on march 6, 2018. The picture in the product page showed exactly the component i needed. But they shipped me a small mini charging port which is not what i ordered. I saw the picture in the order page where they have uploaded the original picture of the product they were about to ship. Since it is different product i asked them not to ship the item. But they said the product is already shipped. Then the courier person came to deliver the product and i told him they have sent me a wrong product so please return the same to the shipper. They too sent back and i got a confirmation call from maxbhi agent that they received the undelivered product. I told him to refund the money. He asked me to contact the support team. I sent a mail on march 15, 2018 (Ref #221854) to refund me the order amount. I never received a reply. Then again i sent a mail on march 21, 2018. Again there is no reply. This is how maxbhi treat their customers. I strongly recommend everyone not to order anything on maxbhi or else u will lose the money. For reference the order # is 827581

You ordered for Charging Connector For Samsung Galaxy S Advance I9070 OG, Not FOR Charging Connector Flex Cable For Samsung Galaxy S Advance I9070 OG With Charging Port, we have send you the exact product which you ordered also its clearly mentioned below every product image ( Image for presentation only actual product can be different from the product shown. ), as we don't have return policy if you want any other product you can place a new order for it and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.

is it fair to just reply the image of the product is different from the original? u can show a different version but not the entire different component as everyone will buy seeing the image when it comes to mobile components. is it a mobile? so that we can check other websites for detailed specification if the specification is missing on your website? it is your responsibility to upload the correct image or else you could have left it blank. uploading a entirely wrong component and justifying your action is not fair and let everyone know through this forum. i am also planning to post on several forum until i get a proper solution. Please make a note of it. i have not receive the product. As per bluedart tracking # [protected], product was delivered back to your office to Mr.Anil. Now i am asking, either refund me the order amount or else send me the product as shown in the image. That is the correct action for a e-commerce company like yours. (even amazon, ebay, flipkart, snapdeal) do the same. I[censored] cant do both of it, then i should check the options for legal actions via court and you itself know that the court will not accept your statement (the product shown in the image is different on the product page) if i go to court, either they will ask you to give me correct product with some penalty or else they will ask you to refund me entire amount i paid + the penalty as per consumer law. no other go for me. So i hope u will not make the situation complicated.

Finally after a lots of mails and follow up, they cancelled the order and refunded me the order amount.

Hi Sir,
I had ordered ZTE blade G2 touch screen, but ordered canceled more time.
Then I applied to refund the as same debit card which was used for pay.
over 19 days till now they did not refund, last Oder no #830829 also I have shared snap shot of the orders. Please suggest on this.
