Mcdonald's India — bill

My name is minu mariya pauly. I had ordered a big spicy chicken meal from mcdonald's near thane railway station. I paid the bill amount of ₹298 using my visa card but the payment didn't go through because of some referral issue. I then paid the bill in cash. Almost an hour later i got a message saying that the bill amount was deducted from my account. So now i've paid the bill twice. This is the first time something like this has happened to me in all the years i've been eating at your restaurant. What should i do now? I stand to get my ₹298 back.

I payed my bill through debit card, and they told that money didn't credited to there account and then I payed cash, they said I would get a refund back after 7 to 10 days. But its been 12 days now, I didn't get any refund. Actually I should get my money back by 1st of Aug, Please help.THANKS in advance . So pleade reach me out with a solotion . .
