Mcdonald's India — Bill not generated in drive thru | |||
I being a regular customer at mc donalds would never prefer to visit any store henceforth after experiencing the cheat at vasai west store as I had ordered some food through drive thru and the bill wasn't generated and as per rule of the bill doesn't get generated ur bill is free when I asked to reimburse the amount the manager Mr anand denied several times explaining that the counter man did not know to print the bill... I never knew that new people in the counter are not trained to print a normal bill and are asked to stand at the counter as per Mr anand. Mc donalds has started cheating people too that's a different experience too... Request you to kindly take an action of this complaint actually can be effective... McDonalda borivali charges it's customers rs.8 for paper bags without even informing them that they only provide paper bags and not plastic ones. Their policy clearly states that only plastic bags are chargeable. Additionally, even if one argues regarding environment policy, wouldn't it be better and ethical to provide the paper bags for free.
