Sir i had been to jnmc branch belgaum mc donald, i had ordered for mc spicy paneer meal @ rs 199
I have paid twice the same amount
I through phone pe app and once i swipped the card
I want my amount to be refunded

I want to ask question?
Why do you people put up a schemes from app like phone pe cash back 50%
And when we transfer money from the same, your people say that they have not received the cash
It's stupidity

I was a big fan of mc donald but since this i have always noticed all your staff closely some people are good but at the same time some people will spoil mc donald name
It has hurt me badly
Please do solve my problem
