Mcdonald's India — ignorance of customisation provided in order | |
My sister is a vegan and i ordered a mcaloo tikki for her from mcdonalds brookefield (Bangalore). In the special instructions i specifically mentioned that no mayo or any other non-vegan item was to be put in the burger. This was completely ignored and the regular burger was delivered. What is the point of providing these customisations then? I would like some refund/other solution for this inconvenience. My refund from mcdonald thane is not done. Money was debited from my account but order was not placed . Please refund my money asap as i am bachelor.i payed money by paytm but order was not placed so i pay with cash.
