[Resolved] Mcdonald's India — ignorant, insensible, inattentive, customer care executives | |||||
I stay at borivali west, mumbai and placed an order today through the mcd ios app and because of technical issues (As also accepted by mcd customer care department) the order went to the dahisar store and i got a call saying that they will have to cancle my order and i have to reorder the same at the boriivali branch. I had paid via paytm and there was an rs. 50 cashback offer (For one time use) that i already availed. Hence i told them i cannot place the order again as i will not get that offer again. I also requested them to understand the situation and just transfer the order which they said is not possible. They said do a cod now not understanding my explainantion that i will have to pay rs. 50 extra for the same order for no fault of mine. They keep saying sorry for the inconvenience and kept telling me maam you will get a refund for the previous order which was not at all the concern raised by me. Ialso want to raise a complaint against one miss priya jadhav who spoke to me. Please note that she had a callous attitude and told me to write a feedback on the website and she said that she cannot answer my query if i will get the paytm offer again. I dont know why is it called customer care and why did the voice mail said press 3 if you want to check your order status and leave a feedback when the lady does not want to hear my feedback anf i have to take the pain to type such a long message Kindly tellme what is her job then? Is this why they are employed to tell us they do not have information? Is it customer care or customer scare department? Kindly educate your customer care executives with some knowledge or hire some sensible staff who have the manners to address a situation and not increase the pain for a customer. If it was my mistake i undersand.. I spent literally 1 hr in this and skipped my lunch because of such an attitude. You lost an order from one customer today and god knows how many more if this continues. Was this information helpful? | |||||
