Mcdonald's India — Looted my money

On December 10 at 19:36 I have been to McDonald's for evening snacks for my family. I usually prefer online payment from card not because of cash crunch of these days, I swiped my card in drive in order and payment. Very soon on swipe of card and password, payment of Rs 181 deducted from my account but they insisted that it is declined. And said will be returned to me in 2 days. I know they are interested in cash payment now a days. It's more than 3 days, nothing returned to my account even I had to cancel the order because I didn't had the cash. I am going to sue them. I have all the proofs with me. It is mcd in Noida sector 142 advant tower

Complain not solved by McD but instead my saving account bank ICICI. Thanks to ICICI. However, McD people still doing the practice to get cash inflow by making excuse that card machine not working. This type of practice should be stopped when we are heading towards cashless transactions
