Mcdonald's India — need refund as the payment done successfully but order got failed. | |
Hi, I tried placing an order on 15th october from mc delivery app and tried to make the payment from google pay via upi. But somehow the amount of rs.2291 got deducted from my account and the order didn't get placed. I tried reaching to mcd helpcenter for this issue and got reply that the mcd system is showing the transaction of rs.2291 is made on 16th oct which i've made on 15th oct. How is that possible? I've made the transaction on 15th, you can refer the attached screenshot of google pay transaction. Let me know when can i expect the refund, as the amount is deducted from my bank account and order didn't got placed. Thanks, Aditya Was this information helpful? | |
