Mcdonald's India — not receiving the delivery or the confirmation mail even though the money was deducted from my account | |||||
On 13th october, at 12.50 pm i had placed an order for mcdonalds online delivery in paldi, ahmedabad, gujarat. I decided to pay with my debit card. After the payment formalities were done and i pressed pay, the page got automatically refreshed. I received a mail from [protected]@payu.in that my transaction was a success but no mail arrived from mcdonalds acknowledging the payment or their receipt of my order. Basically, no order was placed. Thus i don't know which branch of mcdonalds to call up and enquire because my order usually is received by the ones that are relatively free and closer to paldi, ahmedabad. I am a student of national institute of design, ahmedabad. And i have attached the mail from the payment gateway and also the redirected page of mcdonalds online order. My name is shreya chatterjee.
