[Resolved] Mcdonald's India — order cancellation by restaurant and no refund | |||
My name is Anuranjan Singh. I made an order through your app and paid the money with paytm. The order got accepted and everything was great. But after 5 mins, I recieved a call that they cannot deliver as they don't have any person to deliver. He told he will cancel the order. Then, I recieved a message saying, Hi, your McDelivery order no. IOH-DL[protected] amounting to Rs.294.00 and store name Inorbit Hyderabad has been cancelled.If money has been deducted, Refund would be initiated in next 24hrs and the amount will be credited back into your account within 5-7 working days. But I did not recieve any other other notification or update lately about initiation of refund. Neither I recieved any money back. I am bit concerned. I request you to please help me out.
