Mcdonald's India — order cancellation by store | |||
First i place the order and after 15 minutes i received a call from mc donald's and they said we are cancelling the order thank you. My payment was successful rs326. Firstly they cancelled the order and then i m one who is getting the late refund (6-7) working days. If they don't want to take the order they why the hell they accept payments. Be aware of this fraud scam company process. Their staff always have an issue with my order. If i order in advance 11.30pm then they will start calling from 10.00pm, they say sir we don't have delivery person can i send your order now. Then they will force you to cancel the order by calling you and telling you we don't have delivery person. Similarly, customer support executive too are not cooperative. In my case, i didn't cancel the order and my money is successfully paid but still i m the one who is waiting for the refund. Fair enough Was this information helpful? | |||
